A great relationship with your realtor can help make this experience productive while keeping the stress under control.  In my twenty-seven years in the business I have worked for two highly reputable firms, the past seventeen years with the Johnston & Daniel Division of Royal LePage. This has provided me with the experience to meet your needs in a professional and personal manner.  My previous experience with the Royal Bank of Canada for twenty years (the last twelve as a branch manager) helps me appreciate and assist clients with their financial concerns around home ownership.  Over the years I have owned and operated two successful small businesses both of which have now been sold, allowing me to focus exclusively on real estate.
